Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at createdbyDIG.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a booking We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to createdbyDIG LLC, 1442 E Lincoln Ave #160.

  • Service refer to the tattoo appointment service booked

  • Website refers to createdbyDIG, accessible from createdbydig.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

  • No-Show refers to a booked appointment never being attended by the individual accessing the service

Your Reschedule & Cancellation Rights

We do not offer any refunds for deposits paid on appointments. We do offer store credit if certain conditions are met below.

If a tattoo appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, your deposit will transfer to another appointment made at a later date if no less than seven (7) full days’ notice is given before the previously set appointment date. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within seven (7) full days of the set appointment, the deposit will be lost since we will not have ample time to reschedule an appointment. The same terms above apply if you happen to miss your appointment for any reason & will be ruled a no-show. We will wait up to thirty (30) minutes from the set time of the booked appointment before the appointment is ruled a no-show.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation or rescheduling, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reschedule You no later than 14 days from the day on which We received the email.
